What gets collected
If you take the Clarity Index: your ten answers, your score, the pattern they produce, and, if you choose to leave it, your email address. If you join the Look Again launch list or the Sessions list: your email address. If you email or book a conversation: whatever you send.
What it’s used for
Your email is used to send you the thing you asked for: the covering note, the first chapter, or a note about a Session. Nothing else. No newsletter you didn’t ask for, no drip sequence, no sharing with third parties for marketing. Index answers also feed an anonymised benchmark dataset ("brands your size typically score…"). Your answers are never published or shared in any form that could identify you or your business.
Who processes it
The site runs on Netlify (hosting and form storage). The Clarity Index covering note is drafted using Anthropic’s Claude API (your answers are sent for processing, not used to train models) and delivered by Resend (email). Booking runs through Google Calendar. Each processes data under its own terms as a processor for Centre Channel.
How long it’s kept
Form submissions are kept while they’re useful for the purpose above and reviewed periodically. Ask and they’re deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask what’s held about you, ask for a copy, ask for it corrected, or ask for it deleted. One email does it: mark@centrechannel.com. If you’re not happy with the answer, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
The site sets none of its own. Visitor counts use Plausible, a cookieless analytics service that stores no personal data and tracks nobody across the web. No advertising pixels.
