Sometimes that call is all you need. A fresh perspective, a recommendation, a contact. If that's the case, we shake hands and you're on your way.

I spend 10 days inside your business. Interrogating the data, the tech stack, the team dynamic. Not to produce a deck, but to isolate the root cause.
You get a clear answer: here's what's actually wrong, and here's what to do about it.
Sometimes the diagnosis is enough. You take the findings to your team or your agency and run with it.
Sometimes you need someone to stay. To govern the roadmap, manage the agencies, translate between the board and the engineers. To make sure what we found actually gets fixed.
That's when I embed as a fractional director or lead the programme myself.

I embed in your leadership team for 1-3 days a week. Owning the digital roadmap, managing agency performance, translating technical progress into commercial outcomes.
Typically 6-12 months
Transformation
For high-stakes replatforming or capital projects. I sit between your board and your integrators. Scope stays tight. Timelines stay real. Nobody hides bad news.
Project-based, typically 3-9 months
Availability is limited.
